You film, Ben does the analysis. It's the fastest way to see what's really happening in your matches, and it fits around a busy tournament or high school schedule. Seeing yourself opens your eyes to your game, and the next steps become clear.

How it works

• Film at least 2 competitive one-set matches. Three is best.
• Send Ben a link to the video at least 48 hours before your session.
• Ben does a full analysis of your technique, patterns and match tactics.
• You meet for one hour, by video call or in person anywhere in the St. Louis metro.
• You leave with a written 3-6 month improvement plan: your priorities in order, with drills and match goals for each.
• You get a competitive game plan built from what the film shows, plus follow-up as you train it.

• A phone is fine. Film in landscape.
• Set it behind the baseline, as high as you can, so the whole court is in frame.
• Record the whole set without stopping, including changeovers if you can.
• Upload to Google Drive, Dropbox or an unlisted YouTube link.
